This is an accurate interpretation. As I have stated above, the song hinted strongly on developmental disorder and mental disorder.
And that's one thing that I feel is that for sure it is true.
What hurts my head more is wheather the little boy in the MV jus Haruka's past self, or he actually has a little brother?
I want to believe that's a little brother as that can help us solve the tomgui issue.
But the same time the lyric has very strong self denyng message so it makes sense for Haruka to deny his past.
