Pretty good first episode.
It's surprisingly good actually coming from the trainwreck that was Index III so it feels weird seeing Toaru looking good again. They added some filler to reintroduce some characters which were a fine choice since it's been like 6-7 years now since last season.
I am pretty hyped overall. Railgun has always been a good money maker for JC staff lets hope they deliver this time.
