Oh, sorry I phrsed it badly, I mean that what is inside the spoiler tags is spoilers even for the LN readers, since the Ln has not gotten to tht point; I guess the writing makes it look like the text is for LN readers; I edited my post accordingly.

malty "kills" all the heroes, that starts the motoyasu looping; oneof the first things he does is support naofumi after the is setup by malty, that backfires horribly as his personality is too gentle; so in later loops he tries to get a "bette" naofumi that can actually survive in this world.

A few defining characteristics of "looping motoyasu" are that he is weirdly obsessed with firo and that he calls malty, pig (I guess that is one way to avoid the mustt call her bitch rule); while he became obsessed with firo too soon in the anime, I just assumend they wanted to make him more goofy to make naofumi look better, same for the rishia bit as he is the one that originally saves her.

But him almost calling malty "pig" in the last scene implies/might impli that this one is actually looping motoyasu and that he acted in a way so that naofumi still developes his trauma then gets over it, while still watching pig, so this time she does not kill larc and alexandrite. he either expected raftalia,firo and naofumi to save rishia , he just forgot about her or he directly avoided her as she reminds him of the woman who killed him in japan.
