Convenient seasickness to prevent Naofumi from telling the other heroes the secret of all their advancement techniques working. Somewhat cheap storytelling, but also amusing. Also funny that Raphtalia had no trouble with the boat trip at all.

Naofumi got some extra leveling bonus somewhere, as he starts off at level 43, compared to Raphtalia and Filo at 40. They eventually pass him up, of course, as Raphtalia is getting a 30% boost to XP, and Filo is getting a 40% boost (as seen by the boss Karma Dog XP, plus the notice about XP from the previous fight).

Drunk Raphtalia was kinda cute. And completely kicked Mald's butt in arm wrestling. Also noticed that she had a status marker on Naofumi's screen — something like a mug of ale. So apparently the status system can even tell when you're drunk.

For a stretch, I wondered if they'd ditched Bitch entirely, but she finally showed up on the boat, and carrying Motoyasu away from it.

At the same time, while the heroes are still a bit aggravating in their arguments, they seem less actively hostile, and more like children arguing on the playground.

Anyway, drunk Motoyasu was actually smiling at Naofumi. He even looked kinda cute, before he ate that wine-fruit. Speaking of which, what numbskull leaves those out in a tray on the bar when they're that hyper-concentrated, and shouldn't be eaten by anyone?

Filo's shown singing a few times in this episode (even if we don't hear her). New talent!

On the other hand, twintails on Filo looks really weird. Not bad, exactly, but like she's a different (older) person. Doesn't really suit her.

Meanwhile, Raphtalia gets a ponytail. And Naofumi doesn't notice! Heathen! Oh, and she gets a bikini and sarong which looks good on her, but that's kinda secondary. Well, we can pretend that his, "Perfect!" was appropriately directed, just like Raphtalia does.
