Something to do with stopping bullets and some freezing abilities, if I remember well.
I have read first few chapters a few months ago but stopped then as I focused more on Maou Gakuin, so currently I just started to reread again from beginning.
Nishino has a very mob face, so he is quite relatable for some of us readers who are not handsome and have nerdy or below average facial features/looks.
