my question about whether Enel is a god or THE god ?

Sorry for bothering you guys with this, but I'm just a little obsessed about being sure to

understand when it comes to questions related to things I like. I also interested in

myths, like the Greek mythologies. So please forgive my persistence.

Enel is not a god, just a "normal" human being with a god complex and powers that can be considered god-like, thanks to a Logia Devil Fruit. None of the Logia Devil Fruit users are gods.

People with the letter D as a middle name are also known as Gods' Archenemy. Thus, in universe for those in the know it wouldn't be surprising that Monkey D Luffy beat Enel, a self-proclaimed god (who really wasn't one).
