Ayame is tougher than she looks. I wasn't expecting her to do much once inside the jail due to the AIM Jammers, but she got to look cool one more time before losing.

Spoiler for NT Spoilers: Well, Yasu was one of Shuri's teammates in NT4, so these three are the ones killed by Enshuu in the novel. Sucks for them, though they seem to have some good tricks.
