So Rias is still taller than Ise huh.
Volume 4 and Volume 8 Extra Life which took place before volume 9 described Ise being taller or portraying him as taller in the image.
Though data wise he was made smaller for strange reason where he was said to be 170cm and Rias 172cm. Similar Vali was stated to be 168cm and was described by Ise to look younger than him. Though the early anime made Vali taller than him when they were standing next to each other.
So weird...
So Ise is officially a chibi-macho huh.
