Sound like you are mostly into shounen/action type:
Akame ga kill - is SnK style aka deaths and blood. It's about organisation that tries to overthrow the corrupted government. There is manga with alternative ending.
Ao no Exorcist - two brothers, one of whom is a Satan's child and posses special powers. A a resul he is being feared in exorcist world that he decides to join. Kinda like Naruto.
Claymore - A medieval world where human eating monsters live and the only ones who can defeat them are hybrid female warriors.
Code Geass - Lelouch Lamperouge, exiled prince of Britannia gains a magical eye power - full obedience. As a result he gets invlved in revolution to overhrow Britannia.
D.Gray-man - Millennium Earl turns depressed souls into Akuma and the only one who can stop him are Exorcists.
Fate/Zero - A group of chosen magicians can summon a hero of the past/myth/legend and participate in a deadly match for Grail that will fulfil magicians and heroes wish.
FMA - there are 2 versions with alternative story lines. I like both but main idea is that two brothers break an alchemy law to bring their dead mother back and as punishment Ed loses his arm and leg while Alphonse loses hi whole body, his soul resides in an armour. Now they are on a quest to regain their bodies back.
Hunter x Hunter - Hunters are specialized in a wide variety of fields, ranging from treasure hunting to cooking. They have access to otherwise unavailable funds and information that allow them to pursue their dreams and interests. However, being a hunter is a special privilege, only attained by taking a deadly exam with an extremely low success rate.
Gon Freecss, a 12-year-old boy with the hope of finding his missing father, sets out on a quest to take the Hunter Exam.
There are two versions: old and new. Both have its pluses and minuses and new one covers extra arcs Though Spider Arc was done better in old one.
