Because it won't sell? Even her figures are limited and doesn't left much impression on the market. Also she isn't Mahouka's best girl but other girl' s fanbases are pretty quiet as well...
Design wise, they all look simple and pretty much the same school uniform. And the uniform itself... l'm not sure if there r many people like it.
