Volume 19 was a let down for me to be honest, like 40% good and 60% average. For some reason the plot was going into a really interesting argument, showing us more about the actual 10MC organization, the Yotsubas, more screentime of Maya but suddenly all of that was left aside for a while. Yeah, 10MC Arc certainly built in nicely, and I agree the end kinda rushed, and the enemy seemed amateur considering it's the enemy that always pulling string behind the scenes. Well, since he lost his tools (Blanche, No Head Dragon, Zhou), it's sure make him impatient.

Tatsuya becomes a registered Strategic Class Magician under his real identity, but he uses the name Tatsuya Yotsuba on Maya's insistence. He is named as the magician behind Okinawa and Yokohama as the novel ends, as everyone watches from a TV in the school cafeteria.
