I think Flame is Flamie's title given by Maou Pam just like "musician of the forest" for Clamberry, so AFAIK that's "Flamie", not "flame" x).
the bag and the naginata used are from the first arc, yes. They are top-quality magical items after all.
did you had access to the extra chapter from the end of the first first volume? The one with Pythie Frederica as an instructor. Because it's basically explaining how she became that way, with that goal, and started to use those items.
