I read in some spoiler (I forgot where) that Miyuki actually rejected the offer because Miyuki and Tatsuya had 'family responsibility' to attend in Okinawa (5 years anniversary of Okinawa invasion) as representative of the people that had been involved in the event and had to go back to Tokyo as soon as it ended, but they ( Miyuki, Tatsuya, Shizuku, and Honoka) may actually met there.
