Yeah, but it wasn't Miyuki's magic that made them dance to her tune. It was Tatsuya's magic.
Gatekeeper is Tatsuya's own magic. It doesn't use MI and it knocks out the target's MCA.
Miyuki was just amusing herself watching Jasmine flip out over not being able to use magic.
