Unfortunately the anime edited out Crusch, Priscilla and Anastasia positions and philosophies, they are described in the manga chapters that cover the candidates introduction in the audience room and they are a bit more complex than that.

Priscilla is someone gifted by the world by everything going her way, but she has been well regarded as an excellent administrator or her (defunct) ex-husband's estates. Anastasia is a self-described as a super-greedy person that works for her own benefit first, however she enjoys it the most when people benefit with her. And Crusch has completely taken over the administration and leadership of the Carslten family at her young age.
