Yeah, there is definitely no question about gender of these twins
. The original show had plenty to make it harder to figure, but this is pretty straight forward about it.
Things are definitely going to get more complicated with those two entering the picture. Certainly some over the top moments with them and it's kind of funny how over the top they are.
Nice of the show to open up with basically an apology for the abomination that was the last episode.
Definitely a move that seems to hint that the Emperor intends to put Haku into an increasingly important position, if not eventually pass on leadership to him. Certainly with Anju as his only direct heir I wouldn't blame him for checking out some alternative options.
Also thanks for the show reminding me that Rurutie had more to her character than just the annoying BL girl. Cooking was actually part of her character, I completely forgot
