Ougi....
I think Ougi is the latest form of the latest form of Shinobu's first minion, Ougi seems way too abnormal, Ougi's unexplained interest & knowledge of Araragi, physically appears to be around age 15 by being a first year it fits, just seemed to come from no where, never really talks about themselves, & given the imagery shown Ougi being that & the darkness would make perfect sense to me.
This was my first immediate reaction, or perhaps even since ougi seems to be from the future at times, Ougi is the full recovered form of the minion, or something.
Or maybe I am just looking too deep on some answers to what Ougi is, cause it sure doesn't seem like human is the answer to me.
Also the OP is seriously amazing, and has been a great arc so far.
