I actually really hate Ougi before this due to her hint of hunting down Matoi. Then obviously her manipulative and really evil-looking outlook.
But now Ougi has slowly become one of my favorite character in this franchise. If she is an antagonist, then she seemed to be a great one. If she is a tragic character with some plot twist, then I will like her that much more so.
On this episode specifically, still think that Ougi was just purposely taunted Hanekawa into giving out an answer than actually being a sore loser from last time. Maybe she really was taunting Hanekawa into making this Oshino searching trip. But I don't know her true character at this point yet.
The arc meanwhile is very much like most of Monogatari arcs in the franchise (the Matoi Snail aside). Very strong set-up, but I still think the conclusion was a bit weak
