Its not that he didn't notice the Yandere. The Yanderes are just good at hiding it. Even from the summaries and from the translations. Have you seen any of them being Yandere while near him.
Except that one time Lily commented about the story of Kurono's cursed hatchet. (wait. Just realized he uses an axe. All this time I thought it was a halberd)
Edit: Reading the new translated chapters. Revenge feels soooooooooooo good. The way there's ups and downs reminds me of Shield Hero
