That's correct. Then maybe it's an incident with Nao and Erika? They are in hospital, Erika tells Mari that Nao was guarding Tatsuya. THIS IS A STRETCH THOUGH.
Another idea is Mari confronts Tatsuya because she knows Mayumi has feelings for Tatsuya.
