Since each scenario is technically "stand-alone", you don't really have to read them in any specific order, different mangakas are responsible for each of the scenario as well, so it's not as if they would skip on anything for their own scenario.
However, that only applys to the first three chapters (Onikakushi, Watanagashi, and Tatarigoroshi).
Himatsubushi (4th chapter) should only be read after the completion of the above three chapters.
解 (answer) chapters should obviously only be read after completion of the above four chapters,
AND they have to be read in order (Meakashi → Tsumihoroboshi → Minagoroshi (if there is going to be one), etc.)
