Exactly! That is the main reason why Tatsuya asked her if she wanted to come to Japan, permanently.
Based on his observation and interaction with her, she is just so lacking in real life experience for someone her age. For Tatsuya, that was incomprehensible.
It seems from this arc that our man has some fairly "good" feelings for her. imo
