No, no one on "his side" ever finds out.
He cannot tell them, because the Satella, the Witch of Envy will stop him from telling it.
In one loop he tries to tell Emilia, but the Witch appears and kills her instead.

The only characters that know about it are the dead Witches.
The six witches other than Satella were killed by her centuries ago and now resides as spirits in the grave of "Ekidna, the Witch of Greed".
Ekidna figures out Subaru's powers when she invited him into her dream world.
