It's her thing. She just instinctively knows what to do at the right time.
She's basically female Luffy.
And she was the one to bring up the true solution to Shiroe too.
Kanami just has that "protagonist/hero aura" emanating out of her, she can't help it.
Also, I don't know why but to me Kanami being a married woman with a daughter just makes her even hotter.
