Even if at first Raiser said that the bishop he wants doesn't have to be beautiful or anything like that as long as he/she can be of use, Raiser offered the girl to be his bishop right on the spot. The mother and sister then protected the little girl from a pedo.
The girl of course is also a yuki-onna and Yubelluna explained that they look like that (the girl) when they are young and change appearance (gorillas) when they mature.
