several things I learn from this episode :
PvP with other kantai is the best way to boost your lvl
Teitoku is a lolicon and already make a grand plan to succeed Fubuki as his new secretary and marry her
so far, it is teitoku-doori
It is a pity that they didn't give Fubuki her kai-ni uniform... Fubuki is already plain enough in her kai-ni form but without her uniform, it is really didn't sound like major remodel
I really hope Mutsuki at least could slap Fubuki for her carelessness
can't get enough of Yuudachi poi~~ Yuudachi kai-ni so cool
and finally we get Chitose and Chiyoda in this episode... although only from their back
