I know the majority of Bleach chars look non-Asian in manga but still second the idea of an all-Japanese cast. Most of the Bleach Musical cast IMO can easily be coopted, especially Ichigo, Ichimaru, Rukia, Kira, Hinamori and Hitsigaya. The one big exception is Uruhara (the actor was OK as a Dekaranger but sucked as a Captain in exile). That leaves Renji as my big question mark
