Yeah, in fact Chapter 19 is out and translated in Chinese as well.

Regarding the characters, the future chapters gave out some interesting info:

1) Bakugou's explosive powers are actually caused by his sweat, which has explosive properties. His power's effectiveness can be effected by the weather as well.

2) Iida comes from a prestigious family of Heroes. He looks up to his older brother, who is a famous Hero as well.

3) The villains led by the hand guy in the current story arc are actually formed to assassinate All Might, after news broke out that he's now employed as a teacher at Izuku's school. In fact the battle shown in the recent chapters are one of their assassination attempts after learning All Might's schedule by infiltrating the school, but they're not aware that the latter is absent due to his wounds affecting him again...

As far as other unique quirks go, Mineta (that grape kid)'s power is to throw those super-sticky grapes on his head. Unfortunately, he seems to be a pretty wimpy guy (even more so than Izuku!). He's clearly perverted, though.... he actually gropes Tsuyu (frog girl) at one point in the recent chapters, lol. I also kinda like that earphone jack girl with the sound powers (name is something like Jirou Kyouka, I think).

As far as villain powers go, that brain monster (I think his name is "Noumu") basically has super strength like All Might, and the hand villain seems to be able to instantly destroy whatever he touches (as he proved with one of Aizawa's arms). But what's really creepy is that when one of those hands came off his face (as a result of the pressure from All Might's speed), he picked it up and stuck it back to his face, calling it his "father"....


And in the latest chapter, All Might blows away brain guy with "Plus Ultra"! So now that just leaves the hand and mist villains to deal with....
