Not that Material Burst is all that good at close quarters. Or necessary. He might not be able to protect the city on his own, but he sure as hell can protect himself and his sister.

Anh_Minh I disagree with you all. Join Date: Dec 2005	Spoiler for answer: Third Eye was just used to aim. He doesn't need it to use Material Burst, and didn't have it the first time he used it.
