Looking back, no, in episode 13 there was no
strong implication of any such thing. You may be able to vaguely assume that Miyuki's desperate repeating that she's always on Tatsuya's side was to keep him from resenting her for sealing his power, but the only way you could ever come to that conclusion is if you already knew she was doing it in the first place.
