The error code's 1003 and it's saying something like...
"Illegal/Unauthorized Data Detected" ...did you try linking your account before doing so?

Main Menu: フレンド (2nd to the last option) -> フレンド検索 (the one with the magnifying glass)
the series of numbers is your ID and the one at the bottom is the invitation/reference code
