Did the EXP bar fill up completely? I've noticed it only shows the speed stat (if it can still be leveled up, I guess) in that window if the card doesn't level up/no increase in other stats.
Looking at your Miko Miyuki card, it still has 2 bars of speed left.
The kanji is 成功 ('seikou') which means "Success"
