Damn lucky you! Anyway, I was just quoting the character description in the help pages.
The problem with AOE for me is that it easily robs me of that overkill bonus
The only AOEs that are useful are those Supers that come with effects, such as Mari's speed down on top of a near 2k damage, which really helps with those speedy masses.
