I can't because I only follow the anime. I'd need more info on the characters to do them proper justice.
Plus the excessively perverted characters are hard to grasp since they straddle the line between harmless peeper to rapist stalker. It's easier to focus away from them when you have other characters(and I think HSDxD has enough OCs) to focus on.
