These are the changes that were made (using the magazine chapter numbers):
-Chapter 63 Page 14 extended to 3 pages
-Chapter 65-67 combined into a single chapter and subsequent chapters renumbered accordingly
-Chapter 66 title page removed
-Chapter 69 Page 19 extended to 4 pages
-Chapter 69 final page has added dialogue for Touma and Mikoto: "I can move it like normal" and "What is with your body?"
-Chapter 71 begins with an additional 8 pages of Mikoto visiting Kongou
-Extra 16 page chapter of Misaki and Mitori visiting Dolly's clone
