Other than that, I have no solid impressions. The arc name reminds me of an urban legend that Saten would randomly know about. That or an esper ability. I have no idea what Kamachi is thinking.

I like the name. Sounds like it could be really trippy.
My hopes is that it's a short arc before October. Still, I'm sure that certain people will rejoice about the fact that Touma has no chance of intervening.
