Yes the butler Aoki did not see Miyuki's Yandere trait coming because he thinks he is doing the right thing.
Even so, he should have held back and keep those "disrespectful" comments to himself, it is just not worth his "enjoyment", it will just get himself a headache.

So then when Tatsuya said to Mizuki in eariler episodes that she has good eyes was actually meant something incredible.
Tatsuya say the same thing about Mizuki's eyes again because it is just too good.

All Tatsuya says to Mayumi is in a stress when she tried hard to appeal him, this is just too good.
Hattori's reaction to Mayumi's apperance is what she really wanted from Tatsuya.

And Morisaki Shun you are there? I did not notice.
