Yeah, at this point in time, I think Madhouse is doing an adequate job of trying to get Tatsuya's character across. And honestly I think he's definitely better than most characters of his type. And the hints of dark past keep his character at least interesting, which is more than I can say for most OP characters. Meanwhile his sense of humor is actually pretty good. And his reaction to seeing Erika, Mizuki and Leo near the front was pretty amusing. I don't get the sense that his character is a bore either.
But damn, those cliffhangers. Now I'm curious as why trying to stop the burning car is a bad idea.
