pretty sure he had his rampage stopped by kazama, and his ass handed to him by kazama as well. Tatsuya's serious fights, other than those against Lina weren't against top notch magicians, and had Lina not been so soft, she definitely could've beaten him. Im not saying that Tatsuya isn't immensely powerful, just that he is not unbeatable.
