Why would the general public be at the Saegusa household's personal shooting range? I don't see how they could have an opinion on Mayumi's work ethic, nor why its important in this case.

No my point wasn't that the public was there, it was what other people would have thought had they seen her in doing something like that. Also I just tried to going into an in depth discussion of "Virtual Area Expansion Penetration" because we'd probably be sent to the character powers thread...
