I feel sorry for her. All she has been through, and even though I never saw the third movie I heard about what happens and find that I feel even more sorry for her. At least she unleashed her wrath upon the incubator and gave them their just reward for their problems.
I also wonder if Homura telling Kyube about the alternate timeline is what made them target her, if so then part of her problem is she talked to the incubators about it.
