The treatment of the slaves in that world, is just as worst as any thing you can think of. Thankfully our hero here not, Naofumi is just strict, but never force them or do anything weird.

Yes, this is harem. Human Beast are different in normal human, they grow up faster as they gain level. During their growth spurt, they need more food, and they tend to get hungry more often than usual. They will also feel pain from growing up faster than usual. these continues until their growth end. So, yes, that's right, Raftalia will grow into the woman in cover of vol 1, although her age is still 10. Naofumi steadily will get even more famous, and receives lots of support, however as he gets more support, he also is even more hated by other party who doesn't like his achievements, for example the King.
