Just in case anyone is wondering what servers are available, a quick list of what's available:

• North America (Land of Wen ウェンの大地)
• Central-Southern America
• Japan (Yamato 弧状列島ヤマト)
• Africa
• Oceania
• Greater China (including Taiwan aka Formosa)
• Korea
• Southeast Asia
• India
• Middle East
• Western Europe (including France and probably Italy as well)
• Northern Europe (including England)
  
• Test server (inaccessible)

Each server except the Test Server have, or rather had, a chivalric order made up of Ancients to rise in the most desperate hour of need (so it says in ingame lore). The one currently known are

• Order of Izumo (イズモ騎士団, Japan),
• Wenkeepers (ウェンの守り手《ウェンキーパー》, N.America),
• Jade Knights (翡翠騎士団, Greater China), and
• Order of the Red Branch (赤枝の騎士団, N.Europe)
