If that's the case, then it's kind of weird, as Honey Moon Log shows that she lives
in Akihabara. I guess her encounter "rarity" is due to the fact that, as Hien finds out when he visits her home, she's pretty poor, and only goes out whenever she gets enough lottery tickets to sell to players.
