Well there are plenty of online stores located in China, Taiwan, HK, Singapore that will ship to the US or any other country (with very expensive shipping charges).
For general Chinese book stores located in the US there's also paylessbookstore.com and asiade.com. Paylessbookstore also carries about 4 manga titles in the cheap 4page-in-1 format (which mainland Chinese people might be familiar with). These sites are Chinese but they ship from the US.
Let me know if there are any other stores I haven't mentioned.
