I'd try translating them if the pics (not the thumbnails) are a bit bigger, I have a hard time trying to read the dialogue when it's so small.
Basically, Renji and Byakuya had a swap in haircut.
Poor Byakuya, after Rukia saw him and decided to tell the rest of Soul Society, he asks Renji which Zenbonzakura does Soul Society prefer: normal mode or Bankai mode?
(His pride is so damaged. xD)
And the third one is Ken-chan and Yachiru-chan having a swap as well. Ken-chan doesn't really mind, but poor Yachiru-chan is devastated. So Ken-chan cheers her up by putting make up on Ikkaku.
