I actually feel a bit skeptical about the idea of suffocating him. We all know that Accelerator can control any vectors, even at submolecular level. If he were to be in a situation where all the oxygen around is sucked out, the guy might as well create oxygen himself out of something else by rearranging electrons, nuclei, quarks and so on right?
And going by that logic he can regenerate himself if any part of his body (except vital ones) gets blown off in battles?
