That's not the reason, See Naruto, One Piece, Bleach.
The main reason is that this is
animesuki. The main focus is on anime, that's why you'll never get a dedicated forum for a manga, a light novel, or a video game unless they have an anime adaption.
As manga don't have dedicated forums, they can only have one thread.
