Sasori wasn't Akatsuki leader right? I mean... who was extracting the monter inside gaara? it looked like konoha yodaime.... those eyes and hair!!!

Was any reference of Yodaime REALY dying? they never flashbacked his funeral...
If yodaime sealed the Fox in Naruto it wasn't using the Death God was it? How can one use it in other person?
he had to have used one other jutsu to seal the fox, besides if he used the death god shouldn't the fox have disapeared (food for the God)?
