Well, those could still fit into a few miles. But yeah, I'd have to assume that it must be at least the size of a smaller country like Portugal or something. The perspective shown between the titans and the cuts between showing the outer wall and the next inner wall make it confusing as hell.
Since showing the inside of the second wall being so large that you can't see wall Maria (or was the second wall wall Rose?) from the place where Pixis was, it would have to be fairly large to have that massive wall so far away that it isn't even visible.
